The following shipping policy applies.
Domestic Shipping within Switzerland

Orders are shipped via Swiss Post.
Shipping Methods, Fees, and Delivery Time
You may select from the following shipping methods :

Economy (PostPac Economy)
Shipping fee : CHF 9.50
Estimated delivery time : 2–3 business days after shipment
(excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) -
Priority (PostPac Priority)
Shipping fee : CHF 11
Estimated delivery time : 1–2 business days after shipment
(excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)
The above shipping fees will be charged to the customer. However, this shall not apply in cases where shipping is free due to campaigns or promotions.
Changes After Order Confirmation
After an order has been confirmed, we do not accept any changes to the shipping method, shipping address, or the consolidation of multiple orders. If there are multiple delivery destinations, please place separate orders for each address.
Before completing your order, please check once again that your order details and delivery address are correct.
Shipping Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, traffic conditions, strikes, or other circumstances. Especially during peak seasons (such as the Christmas season), delivery may take longer than usual.
You can check the delivery status using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Date
Orders will be shipped within 5 business days after order confirmation (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and our designated closing days). Please refer to our website’s business calendar for details.
Cancellation and Refusal of Delivery
Cancellations are not accepted after the product has been shipped.
If you wish to return a product for personal reasons, please review our return policy and contact us.
If you refuse to accept the package without a valid reason, you will be charged for the round-trip shipping costs and a return handling fee (CHF 7.50).
Out-of-Stock Items
As inventory is shared with physical sales channels, items may become out of stock due to timing differences in system updates.
In such cases, we will notify you by email and handle the situation by one of the following methods: “shipment hold,” “partial shipment,” or “order cancellation.”
In the case of partial shipment, additional shipping costs will be borne by our store.
Incorrect Address
Before placing your order, please carefully confirm that there are no errors or omissions in the address entered and that the address is within a deliverable area.
We cannot accept address changes after the shipping label has been created.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the order will be deemed canceled, and the amount will be refunded after deducting the shipping fee and return handling fee (CHF 7.50).
If you wish to have the item re-shipped, please contact us via the contact page. In such cases, the reshipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
Continued Absence at Delivery
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery notice. Please arrange redelivery or pick up the parcel at the post office within the specified period.
If the item is returned to us due to the expiration of the storage period, the order will be deemed canceled, and the amount will be refunded after deducting the shipping fee and return handling fee (CHF 7.50).
If Delivery Cannot Be Completed
If delivery cannot be completed within a certain period, the order may be treated as canceled. In this case, the amount will be refunded after deducting the shipping fee and return handling fee (CHF 7.50).
Damage During Shipping
We take the utmost care in packaging; however, after the item has been handed over to the carrier, damage may occur during transportation due to unforeseen issues or the responsibility of the carrier.
Please note that minor scratches or dents on the outer box that do not affect the use of the product may be tolerated.
If the product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 5 days from the delivery date. In addition, please report the damage to Swiss Post within 8 days from the delivery date in order to receive compensation.

Disclaimer
The risk of loss or damage to the product shall, in principle, transfer to the customer at the time the product is handed over to the carrier. However, this shall not apply in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or where liability is recognized by applicable law.
Furthermore, we shall not be liable for any loss or theft occurring after the tracking service indicates “delivered.”
International Shipping
Currently, shipping outside Switzerland is handled on an individual basis. If you wish to place an international order, please contact us via the contact page before placing your order.
Customs duties, import VAT, and customs clearance fees related to international shipping shall be borne by the recipient.
