Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions of use for the online shop (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) by tetote (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website, customers are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 3 (Formation of Contract)
An order placed by a customer shall be deemed an offer to purchase, and a sales contract shall be formed at the time we send an order confirmation notice. Minor customers shall use the Service only with the consent of their legal guardian. If a customer falls under any of the following circumstances, we may cancel the sales contract without prior notice to the customer :

• If the customer violates these Terms
• If delivery cannot be completed due to an unknown or incorrect shipping address
• If the product is returned to us due to expiration of the storage period

We reserve the right to cancel any order deemed fraudulent or inappropriate, even after acceptance.
Please note that orders may not be accepted due to inventory or other reasons. In such cases, we will immediately notify the customer.

Article 4 (Products and Prices)
Product prices shall be as displayed on the Website (currency: CHF).
As we are a small-scale business, value-added tax (VAT) is not charged, and the displayed prices do not include VAT. Shipping fees are not included in the product prices.

Article 5 (Product Variations)
Due to the nature of materials and manufacturing processes, products handled by us may have individual differences in color, shape, size, weight, and other characteristics. Specifications such as size, weight, and capacity mentioned on product pages are for reference only, and slight variations may occur in the actual product.
Product images may also appear different from the actual colors depending on the shooting conditions and the customer’s viewing environment (such as monitor settings).
Such differences shall not be considered defects or faults.
Returns based on the above reasons shall be treated as Returns for Customer Convenience in accordance with the “Return Policy.”

Article 6 (Correction of Product Information)
We try to ensure that product information is always accurate and up to date.
However, if there are any errors or omissions in the Website or in documents issued by us, we may correct them without assuming liability. In the event of a pricing error, the customer will be asked to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order. If payment has already been made at an incorrect price, a full refund will be issued upon cancellation if requested.

Article 7 (Payment Methods)
Payment shall be made by the methods designated by us. Shipment procedures will commence upon confirmation of payment.

Article 8 (Delivery)
Delivery conditions, delivery times, and shipping fees shall be governed by the separately defined “Delivery Policy.”

Conditions for returns and exchanges shall be governed by the separately defined “Return Policy.”

Ownership of the products shall transfer to the customer upon full payment of the purchase price.
The risk of loss or damage to the products shall transfer to the customer at the time the products are handed over to the carrier.

Our liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. We shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the Service or products, nor for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland, and any disputes arising in relation to the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location.
